COUGAR - Cleaning & Property Services has always provided extensive cleaning service to strata and property managers in Sydney.

We provide our service package from small, weekly serviced properties, to large multi level properties that require a full time caretaker.

Strata properties require a cleaning company that understands the unique situations of multiple occupancies. Cougar Cleaning & Property Services has this ability.

With our clients we develop a cleaning specification that covers the work required from us. It is detailed and covers all functions from daily to annual duties.

Our supervisor works with all the cleaners to ensure all aspects of the specification are understood, and an action plan is developed to ensure the periodical requirements are planned in advance.

As with our commercial cleaning, we have a thorough inspection program for strata properties. Our Operations Supervisor is responsible for inspecting all properties on a maximum two weekly cycle.

This is to ensure that our standards are maintained to a level that meets the expectation of the occupants.

Communication with the property managers is a very important element of our work. Any items requiring repair, that we cannot do are forwarded to the property manager for action. This information is provided on the day we are at the property.

Our staff, are uniformed for easy identification and are well trained in all aspects including liaison with owners and tenants. The ability to communicate effectively is very important.

The scope of services we provide include:

  • light bulb supply and installation
  • lawn mowing
  • garden maintenance
  • rubbish removal
  • carpet cleaning
  • hard floor maintenance (strip and sealing)
  • toiletry supplies

    All areas of Sydney, Wollongong and the Central Coast can be serviced.
