COUGAR - Cleaning & Property Services has extensive experience with commercial properties: from small offices, to multi level high rise buildings.

We have the resources and knowledge to provide our clients with a cleaning service to meet their expectations in the most cost effective way.

With our clients we develop a cleaning specification that covers the work required from us. It is detailed and covers all functions from daily to annual duties. Our supervisor works with the cleaners to ensure all aspects of the specification are understood and an action plan is developed to ensure the periodical requirements are planned in advance.

Our Operations Supervisor also has a program of inspections for our contracts. Inspection are variable, depending on the type of job, size of the job and the regularity our client would like. Within our inspection program we have two types of inspections: The programmed inspection and the unannounced inspection.

The programmed inspection:

is one that the client and cleaner know is going to happen on a pre determined date.

The unannounced inspection:

is one that the Operations Supervisor has programmed into his work load, but the cleaner does not know about. This ensures we provide a consistent level of quality at all times, and not just on inspection day.

All chemicals used on our site are the best quality available. We do not buy cheap products. Our supplies are all accredited to AS9001 to ensure safe standards for our clients and our staff.

Communication with our clients and our staff is the core of our business. With our inspection program and our administrative support services we work very hard to ensure Cougar Cleaning & Property Services delivers a quality, effective service.

We listen to what clients need and then supply a service that many of our competitors cannot and will not supply.
